By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, licence, or share Your Content with third parties for commercial purposes.
We retain your account and associated data for a period of five (5) years from the date of your last activity on the Service, or until you explicitly request deletion, whichever comes first.
You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at marwen.boussetta@enki-it.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law. Book metadata, covers, and bibliographic information displayed in the Service may be sourced from third-party databases (such as Google Books and OpenLibrary) under their respective terms. We make no claim of ownership over such third-party data.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be available at any particular time, or that data stored in the Service will not be lost. You are strongly encouraged to maintain your own backups of important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENKI-IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of France. As a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
